I was such a trading card junkie as a kid and spent a good share of my allowance on Raiders cards. Here's my top ten favorite cards from the 1981 series.
Man, looking at these cards just solidifies how awesome Raiders is, (and how weak Crystal Skull is.) I wish I didn't have to be so blunt about it but seriously, both films have spoken.
I never had the Raiders cards when they came out ( maybe I thought I was too old at 13, despite all the Raiders books, posters and records I had! ) but 10 years ago I bought a box of 1000 Star Wars, Empire and Raiders cards at my favourite local comic book store for $100. I managed to make complete sets of all the Canadian SW and Empire cards and stickers ( which I had originally had but sold in the late 80s for rent money as a struggling artist ), and of the Raiders cards ( no stickers - correct? ). I also made near complete sets for a friend of the SW and Empire stuff, with enough left over to trade at a toy show for $40 worth of merchandise. I was happy with the deal.

You're right Glen, no stickers in the Raiders set. Sounds like you did good with your $100!
