Remember in the 1980s when they colorized the Night of the the Living Dead? Well...today you have your choice of black & white or color Night of the Living Dead wallpapers! The fantastic image comes from a British Quad poster by master poster artist Tom Chantrell for the 1980 rerelease of the classic horror film.

Back during the 2009 Halloween countdown I posted about the very neato Haunted House arcade game from 1972. Some of my earliest arcade memories were these target shooter pre-video games and I loved 'em! I thought it might be fun to turn the playing field into a fun Halloween wallpaper.
Now you can have some Lost Boys hanging around on your computer desktop or phone! Just don't tell the Frog brothers that you downloaded this wallpaper.

Earlier today I shared a neat promo bat from Brides of Dracula. Now you can ad this vamp to your computer desktop or phone in the form of wallpaper from the 1963 Hammer film, Kiss of the Vampire.

Not sure if people use desktop wallpaper much anymore but I still enjoy making them. For the past few years I've been sharing some of these that I've reassimilated from movie posters, comics and books. (Follow this link for all the posts containing wallpapers.) For this year's Halloween countdown, I've created a new batch of appropriate themes to haunt your desktop. Today's image is from the cover of Ray Bradbury's The Halloween Tree. Also for the first time, I'm including an iPhone wallpaper image. Enjoy!

Holy 75th Anniversary, Batman! Just like I did for Superman on his 75th birthday, I created some desktop wallpapers to honor the dark knight. All are 1920x1080 size. Click the image and save it to your computer or save it as a desktop background.
Happy Halloween! I made this 1920x1080 wallpaper from an old greeting card that I posted a few countdowns ago. I think it's the perfect one to end the Halloween wallpaper series. These were fun to make and I hope everyone enjoyed 'em!
Check back throughout the day, as I'll have a few more treats before Neato Ghoulville crawls back into the grave!
Feeling a little boxed in? Well... this 1920x1080 wallpaper from the House of Usher will not help, but it will look cool on your desktop this Halloween season. Click image to save to your computer.
