In 2004, Hostess designed one of their best Halloween themed boxes. The characters on this Scary Cakes box could have walked out of an episode of Groovie Ghoulies. I wonder who the artist was? I'd love to see their prelim character designs. It's a shame Hostess didn't create an animated commercial with these ghouls.

I'm a sucker for those Scary Cakes. Haven't had any this year yet though.
I didn't see any of the Halloween themed Hostess products this year. Apparently they introduced a new one called Frankencakes.
