Some clever kids back in 1978 raised money for Unicif by selling Halloween insurance. I wonder if they had a busy Nov. 1st cleaning up toilet paper streamers and washing off egg splattered houses.
Okay, I couldn't help myself and for fun I asked A.I. to make us a Halloween Insurance Policy brochure. The original one was probably a hand drawn mimeographed brochure the kids made. Hopefully someone saved an original one.

Maybe it didn't work out so well, because if it did, wouldn't Halloween Insurance be a regular thing everywhere by now? Do kids even TP or soap windows any more? i know eggs are probably too expensive in general.
