Safetypup has been sharing important safety tips to children since 1985. He's pictured here with a dapper skeleton friend on this 1993 trick or treat bag. Here's a link to Safetypup's history page. Wow, I didn't know that he was designed by Bonnie Erickson, the great Muppet and mascot designer. Nice that Safetypup can call Miss Piggy and the Phillie Phanatic family!
