Happy Halloween! Time to end this countdown with one last treat and it's a throwback that seemed a bit out-of-time when I found it at a dollar store back in 2012. It's a bag of Casper Popping Candy! Do kids even know who Casper is? Regardless it was fun seeing an old friend show up on a bag of Halloween candy.

Who doesn't remember Casper, Richie Rich's afterlife form, haunting the world because he doesn't remember he died a tragic death as a child? haha. But seriously, what is "Popping Candy"? Is it like Pop Rocks? If so, i'm in. Thanks for all the great food and candy posts this month. Nice having you back!
