WITCHES, GHOSTS AND GOBLINS TO COLOR

From 1965, here comes a groovy Halloween themed coloring book featuring hippie witches, Casper look-a-like ghosts and goblins that may or may not look like Christmas elves.

"This witch wears a droopy hat. Now why would a witch wear a hat like that?" To hide her secret stash of wacky wolfsbane!

The apparent owners of this book, Rhonda and Che have some mad coloring skills! I do have one criticism. "Hey Che! Adjust the color on your TV set, 'cause Frankenstein is looking a little blue!"

Hey look! The ghosts of Mr. and Mrs. Gingerbread Man!

Yowza! A coloring book with a pin-up witch centerfold! I was expecting her likes and dislikes to be listed on the next page.

This is probably the lamest page in the book. I thought goblins were supposed to look scary and ferocious instead of happy little Christmas elves. I'm not sure what they're looking at because the next page was ripped out. I'm thinking it might be the lawyers for Harvey Comics approaching. "Run Casper rip-off ghost, run!!!"

Not too many people know that we sent a witch into space during Project Gemini. I wonder if she's related to Space Witch?

Just another day of shopping at the Witchy Wiggly! Yummy, yum! Don't forget to stock up on Toad Tongues, Lizard Livers and Powdered Bat Wings!

We end our tour of Witches, Ghosts and Goblins with this appropriate Halloween themed page. I hope she doesn't trip over those flowers and smash her Jack O' Lantern!
